Fitzpatrick Dealer Group is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every shopper to be able to browse our inventory, see pricing and payments, and contact our stores regardless of how they access the web.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the technical standard widely referenced for accessible websites. We build and maintain this site with accessibility in mind rather than relying on a third-party overlay or widget.
What we’ve done
Measures in place across the site include:
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Visible keyboard focus indicators, and full keyboard operability of menus, filters, and forms
- A “skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Descriptive text alternatives for vehicle photos and icons
- Labels on all form fields, with clear required-field and error messaging
- Respect for your browser and device settings, including reduced-motion preferences and text resizing/zoom
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and our inventory and content change every day. We test regularly with automated tools and manual keyboard and assistive-technology checks, and we fix issues as we find them. If any part of this site is difficult to use, we’d genuinely like to know so we can address it.
